Now I can be short to anger
Can be intemperate due to
Those I meet by chance
Usually, those coughing without

Coveting their mouth thoughtless
Of others on the bus or in cafes!

Local, national, and international news
Can have me seething, build up a head
Of steam
That I can let go!

Books, films both fack & fixshan
Can also upset my normal happy

But if I did not let sometimes
I could well find myself emotionally

Constipated!
