Forgotten
Forgotten is the mission
Memory lost between
sands and stars
Words are spoken some written down
Lost loves without permission
Return to make a scene
Stolen cars
Race the blurry gentle strays
Borrowed pennies
Saved in jars of thought
Broken fragrance fragments
Nudging tired flesh along the busy way
Forsaken is the moment of
Desire absolute and forbidden
In precious vases hearts art hidden
Promises fragile and forsaken
Sweet lost moments, sadly mistaken
Love lost with our permission
Forgotten is the mission
