Paintbox Fall
Feel the Winter running cold and blue
Turning time inward burning through the Fall,
Descends blazing like a paintbox dream of Summers end,
Like those things that are sometimes sensed without being seen,
Feel an ancient Sun change to moonlit embers beneath a slowly dying promise of the sky,
Where the light grows like flowers waving on a beach where ghost voices call,
Turning time inward burning through the Fall,
Feel the Winter running cold and blue ***
