WHAT'S A RHYME
Where do all the rhymes come from?Do they come from somewhere within.
Where do all the poem's begin,
Is because someone decided to write.
In poetry lines that started to rhymes,
I tip my hat to whoever that was.
The one that invented poem's,
They must have been the boss.
Did he start off with a monolith,
Then move onto a couplet.
Before giving a triplets a little twist,
Another line I'll keep it plain.
I think I'll call this one a quatrain.
All this writing I find is bliss,
I think I'll make a stanza out of this.
A five line poem I think I'll dismiss,
I know I'll make a limerick out of this.
I'll carry on regardless with a hextastich,
Then maybe call the next one a heptastich.
With one more line, I'll call it an octave.
I think my poem's will be all the rage,
