A few weeks ago I became reconciled with some one once so close. We were once lovers. Then we became strangers for twenty two years.

Like rare Clouded yellows
To settle on the Budlea
And your tearful embrace
Became me
The same as last time
Eyes as beautiful
As they were
The day we parted
Bright
Sad
