It's Back Day
I'm a bit under the weather
200lbs
seems to be 100 lbs heavier
Have top push through
Give it all I've got
Or maybe I should give it a rest
Never, no way, that'll be the day, not
I can't give in to the pain
I have to go on, even though I feel drained
Sometimes it's unbearable the strain'
But then thoughts of you cross my brain
I look up at your picture
All the pain has long since gone
The pain , the strain, and the drain is still there
Nevertheless I go on
What does this mean
You are my life you are my drive
You're everything I love about life
You're what's keeping me alive
So if you see me in the gym
It doesn't seem like my workout is finishing
She's probably on my mind
That's why I can take all this

PAIN & PUNISHMENT
