Must be proportionally equal
To have training be considered
A success
Pressdowns & Extensions
Pullovers & Bench Press
Need not even be mentioned
Dumbell Flyes & Chest Flyes
Needed for complete development
And blast Triceps with French presses
To let you know I'm working when you
See the punishment swelling it
Seated Extensions
Will add unequalled mass
If I get the results I'm after
After each workout I'll
Feel trashed
I will do this twice a week
For the mass I seek
Some will say it looks good
While it gives others the creeps
It won't matter to me nonetheless
I'll continue to do me that is to
Work Hard, Play Harder but Train the hardest
Because my body is my canvas
And I'm in training to be an artist
