There's no excuse for not doing it
Your chest hasn't reached it's limit
Supersetting chest flyes with reverse flyes
Will make sure I reach exhaustion within the minute
Deadlifting
The small of my back hurts
That's no excuse
You've worked yourself very hard
To be able to take this type of abuse
You've been complaining the whole way
All you do is b&*%!, & moan
It's time you zip up those lips
& bring this workout home
Curling
Man, my arms hurt
Does the whining never end
Shut the F&*$!, up and train
Don't let me have to tell you again
That's reps of 20 for 3 sets
Isn't that quite enough
It would if I was satisfied wuss
Now pick those dumbbells up
Shoulder Press
This is my fav. Bodypart
I've been steadily growing
Oh so now you're exhausted
I thought they were your favorite
So what's your excuse now
KEEP GOING!!!!!
I push them hard as I can
Until they finally slump
I hit the shower for relief
And hit the bed with a thump

INTENSITY (Talk about inner turmoil) LOL
