Just another workout piece


No Dayz Off

I start the week with chest
next day is shoulders
hold on for the ride
I tend to get bolder

Next day is Triceps
then I do Quad and hamstrings
that's only four days
if anyone is counting

I then do lower back
then it's end of the week
calves
then before the day is over
I may do more shoulders
you know just for laughs

All that's left is upper back
and Biceps for those of
you that are lost
Remember I'm Never Strong enough
that's why There's No Days Off

Yes some of you maybe
asking about Abs and cardio
alright I forgot to say
those two activities
happen every other day
