to love is a will
to bring my soul closer to yours
bind our words together
give birth to meanings
that you and I can write
call out
in happiness, sorrow and pain
in the light of the day
and in the night, close our eyes
whisper our windfall
paint our souls onto our bodies
let me kiss light into your darkness
beam my love that I have for you
guard your eyes
so when the tears come
they will not be alone
when I follow them
and gently grip the sorrow
with my lips
fill the emptiness in me you have made
with all that's you
I will always fight
for the future light
to shine on us
because I have faith in us
