My new training program for the next 3 months
Think I'm going to love this one!!!!
I picked up on Bodybuilding.com
hopefully when it's all said and done
this method's done more good than
harm
It's the training program from hell
anyone else want to try the 666
method it's sure to give you a test
it's 6 reps for 6 sets in 6 minutes
or less with a max of 30 sec in
between of rest
This will gain muscle, strength
and endurance while at the same
time burning fat
for all of you time stricken
weight training ppl, you should
be happy with that
Before you try a workout like
this you should train larger time
limit one day
to see if you'll finish the workout
and still feel OK
Believe this workout will test
where your training level is at
Lookout for two particular days
Legs and back
They will leave you in alot of pain
you may not want to train the next day
but baring injury suck it up
and be on you way
Because remember when training hard
consistency and diet is the key
I promise if you dedicated you
will get results take it from me
One last note on this method
you're training at 80 to 90% of
your max of lifting for each set
because it's more important for each
exercise
you complete the actual
36 reps
Remember proper training
and with a correct diet also
you will achieve you goals
