White light

The sun is the same
Something has irrevocably occured
Decisions have been made
And I am only given the result
White light.

Blue sky, answer me!
She doesn't like my question
Facades are sharper
Trees green and defined
White light.

Time moves on and poses no questions to me
I refuse to speak
Yes, it is beautiful
Yes, I want to fly
White light.

Zoya Zaidi
Sun, Moon and stars remain the same,
But when your inner landscape changes,
The Sun becomes blue, the Moon black,
Star shine, but their light is bleak,
Our mood colours our perception.
The outer landscape's its reflection...

A very thought provoking write in a few broad strokes.

lovely!

Love, Zoya

night soul woman The PoetBay support member heart!
Like an abstract painting, the silence gives you all the answers you need shhh... Listen and never ask just receive and compose the answers given by the elements of nature. Why shall the sky answer to a question that is already answered?

I really like your poem:)
