The face of Water Lilies

I remember skimming flanks
and angels
of weightless bones

memories
of
materializing salamanders

raven dreams
from
murky consciousness

counted and imagined
behind
the hunters wily sleep

*

aunti rises
with
eyes covered

my ancestors
once became
silky dew

i will be
their
grounded reflection

*

bitter drops of lemon
sweet wind of fire
words of forgotten flowers

*

what perfect flower
will unearth
my voice

which rose alone
abounds
my love and living

my body is
a registered silhouette
with prehistorical valleys

little bare roots
are entwined
