Innocence

on every stone
at the bottom of the sea

your face

a velvet landscape
with roots of saffron
and fired earth

your mouth

thirsty for nothing but
dreams

your eyes

dark bridges of promises
a jungle of bridges

a jungle of recreated stars
behind
the golden mask of solstice

silent echoes from
electric eels as
fingertips floating

like words
from unwritten books
in darkness unfolded

pictures of leaves in movement
through a hole in time
unwrapped

your unspoken words

pearls in buried shells
unachievable
never touched by hands
or hungry lips

i cry for strings

A poetic Metaphor in its brilliance!Eloquently done!I say "VIVA!"
It's quite picturesque. It's breathtaking. You made my heart jump.

You have a great gift when it comes to description. Metaphores are used widely.

Keep it up,

Such a beautiful imagery, lovely warmth exuding from every word in this well structured, crafted and executed poem!
Leaves such a tender feeling in the heart, with a touch of melancholy..
