Lemon works...

a title i do not understand
two random words
that lept out from a rusty can
i'm on the edge of insanity
looking at twisted arms
hiding like a bug
underneath a jam jar.

Condemned to live flat
sliding away from the unseen
a screaming radio
locked inside an old tv screen
a butterfly flicker
in a dream so very small
sipping silk thoughts
as i nail myself to the wall.

well who said you had to understand to enjoy, creative twists always serve a purpose...it we wrote only what we know, it would greatly limit us

i like this bit of mystery

funny i've read this a few times today, and "a title i do not understand, two random words..." got me to contemplate the title, and it sent my thoughts to Chili Lime... lime = citrus... lemon too... and "works" makes me think it's like a confirmation that certain flavors go together... hm... i don't know... ;)

"hiding like a bug underneath a jam jar" - is the bug like a silverfish running across on a ceramic kitchen floor, captured by a container placed over it? just wondering...

i have no idea either, but sincerely, this is a trip :) super full flash ? ;) i get so many views, angles, meanings in this, it's quite fun... you are good at creating images and feelings with your words, i say it all the time, but it's true... i really like this one... it lightly pushes the thoughts around, bumping the sides, and the images are so vivid to add to that, it's great... very neat :) *hug* xx
