Encouragement
With just a little common senseOur children could be flourishing
Love and caring with no pretense
For them is what's most nourishing
Encouragement is their crying need
For kids it's gratifying
If encouraged they'll succeed
Never put them down for trying
Encourage girls and lads
It's really so essential
That's good advice for moms and dads
If they're to be parent-ial
