For any fans of Kurt Cobain, I wrote this about him. I love him...

Underneath the Bridge

We fought for you underneath the bridge
Trying to bring your life back again
Rebelling against it all
Falling victim to sin
Tossing aside our inhibitions
And watching them blow with the wind
Secluding our lives
Feeding off everything we hide
Silently searching
For something in the way
The way of hopes, dreams, and aspirations
Finding instead the fear, turmoil, and hate among us
Reflecting our lives in the muddy banks
It's all we can do
It's all we can think
There's nowhere to turn
Nowhere to go
So we sit underneath the bridge
alone.

'Reflecting our lives in the muddy banks'

Such an expressive line!
I like these last lines as well!

'Nowhere to go
So we sit underneath the bridge
alone.'

An excellent poem!

Welcome to the bay dear Courtney!
