Winter Depression

The depression came like fever
And the tears would not cease
And the snow fell
As it seemed to be forever

Lifetimes passed within seconds
As sad tunes whispered softly
Gently caressing my very mind
And the snow kept falling

Dark thoughts in a white world
Suicidal impulses pounding
Accompanied by the romantic sound
Of death drawing nearer

Depression stalking
Disturbing the night
Death is walking
In a world of white

Black Knight
For me, on the contrary, more easily to suffer depression in a winter - when the sun not such bright, days are short, and nights are long. It's time of calm.
Very nice poem.
