A memory from my youth - impossible to forget

Remembrance

Barefoot,
In the still dewy grass,
I was searching you . . .

Wandering towards the mountain
where the Inland Ice
has been gnawing and polishing the surface
during thousands of years.

And there on a southerly slope
I found you . . .

Naked,
sunbathing in the morning sun.

And in your nudity . . .

Lovely like an Aphrodite
just born out of the foamy sea,
you reached out your arms
offering me your love . . .

And lowering down
Embracing each other
We sailed away . . .

On the wunderful
but Oh so fickle
ocean of Love.

Kulanga
What a pretty relaxing notion of falling in love. This poem is like a sip of fresh honey.
