First Supersetting this
is two different exercises
back to back without rest
Like Skullcrushers and
Close Grip Bench Press
together to hammer
your Triceps
Supersetting really fatigues
the targeted muscle and
gives you massives pumps
and often with muscles like
Triceps and calves you'll
constantly feel the muscle jump
Don't worry that's the muscles
quickly contracting
They usually won't cramp up
so don't let that be too distracting
Dropsetting is taking a set weight
Until the muscles are ready
to give up
then dropping poundage
and hitting them with the
same exercise until they've
had enough
Giants sets are banging
set after set without
stopping while increasing
weight
line up three increasing
weights so if you're doing
twelve each set you're
now doing 36 straight
Giant Sets are for the
really advanced
because if you're
not ready I can already
hear the ambulance
Too failure is just like
it sounds it's going
until the muscles just
can't take anymore
This is guaranteed
to make even the most
advanced bodybuilder sore
This is very important to failure
is not something you
want to do everyday
because that's an injury
waiting to to happen
and that's not a
good price to pay
There are other techniques
and I could go on for
hours about training
easily
but if I told you everything
right now I'd have nothing
to mention in PUMP III
