Johnnie Jackson-1st (great win)
Dareem Charles-2nd (constant professional)
David Henry- 3rd (great placing)
Melvin Anthony- 4th (big mistake)
Melvin had the most to lose
he was already qualified for
the Olympia so this was his
pre show warmup to choose
But losing this show brought
Melvin from the man to beat
to the man that was already beaten
so the guys who came after him
in last years Olympia are better
than him this year hypothetically speaking
Update on Quincy Taylor he went
from 4th to 7th in just a week
There were a lot of good bodybuilders
in this show but only 4 of them were elite
As I've always said about Quincy when
it comes to bodybuilding he's just another
average big guy
just a bit taller but when it bodybuilding's
greats Quincy is definitely one who'll be
passed by
Quincy is not elite not great when it comes
to bodybuilding he's just average to good
What Quincy has done in bodybuilding
the average construction worker with
discipline and knowledge also could
Johnnie Jackson won this show and
congratulations are definitely in order
Johnnie always stays in great shape but
when his legs are on point he's right
on the border
Between being one of the greats
and one of the elites
if Johnnie ever puts it altogether
bodybuilding fans are in for a treat.
Dareem Charles taking 2nd coming
straight off of a win
Dareem the Professional always
in impeccable shape does it again
David Henry takes third
coming out of nowhere
he's a small guy but
always in shape so for him
to be out of the top five
in a show this small is rare
So there we have the Europa,
the Montreal and the Atlantic
City Pro
All leading up the Bodybuilding's
pinnacle and Top Show
The 2007 Mr. Olympia featuring
a retiring Ronnie, an uncrowned
Mr.O Victor, and a pity call in Jay
Jay is the reigning Champ but we'll
see after the Sept 29th Day
I predict a new champ whether it's
Ronnie , Victor or Dexter
take your pick because when it comes
to the current Mr. O each of them
look better.
So on Sept 28th let the bodybuilding's
best battle begin
and from this point on only time and the
night of the 29th will tell who will win...

TRAIN HARD, TRAIN HEAVY, OR GO HOME
See you at the Mr. O...
