meagre words
how can Icapture
the sound of you
the force of you
the bright light
dazzling dream
come true of you
yet meagre words
in distant rooms
when winter frosts our hearts
I shall hear these waves again
I shall smell your sea
and even be
in life's yet darkest hours
content
within the
foment of your embrace
