I found this on my computer and thought it was hilarious as I read it again, thought it deserved a publishing. Not a masterpiece, but clearly I was frustrated! :)

Rhyming

And she tries to make it rhyme –
Spends more time thinking then: LIME!
She found a word so endlessly
Unrhymable.
And based the entire poem on that verse.
And now my mind is tired
And composition goes to hell
As the thick thick pen scribbles
Down this white white page
With lines so blue and straight.
Oh what will I think tomorrow
As I re-read this words –
DID SHE SPLASH A RANDOM SELECTION OF WORDS ACROSS THE PAGE?!

Oops. I meant "than a poem," not "that a poem." Blame it on its being Saturday night here... 8-)

"What will I think tomorrow?" There are rather worse things about which to think this that a poem! Enjoyed this text, though if I understand your intro aright, we don't know who wrote it?
