I Think You Know I Love You
As I climb into my bedWith you beneath me
I am thankful
I think you know how I love you
Don't you.
In my youth I knew of you
But spurned you.
I thought my taut limbs would never
Never warm to you...
You were strangely elemental.
As I share my bed with you
Approaching this dreadful winter
Tell me true
You will dance to my attendance
Wont you?
My sweet electric blanket.
