Thanks to ,Stan , in his comment ., I have I hope improved the poem. Thanks Stan.
Cap in front of him , with just
A few penny's too show ,
He thought sadly of those passing
Bye , in a hurry ,
He remembered when he too past bye.
But fore bad choices ,
He had a wife , two children , he had a family ,
He recalled a quote his old dad told him ,
'' When poverty enters through front door'' ,
'' Love leaves through back door '',
He showed a sick grin as he recalled it,
Had a job , a house , a car , the works ,
He had it all ,
Now he had nothing , just a cap , with a few coppers in,
Government decisions with the economy
A bank down Wall street way, going bust,
Sub prime ,
yes he'd not heard of it ether ,
Thought it were City's latest signing , on as a sub* ,
All pebbles in the sea ,
Those rushing bye could be sat beside him ,
He rolled a cigarette , lit it and thought on ,
Looked at the 50 pence in his old cap , thought
Of a cuppa ,
They rushed past ,
The thinking man.
* Refers too a football/soccer team ,

PASSING ON BYE!
As the beggar sat legs crossed ,Cap in front of him , with just
A few penny's too show ,
He thought sadly of those passing
Bye , in a hurry ,
He remembered when he too past bye.
But fore bad choices ,
He had a wife , two children , he had a family ,
