Lingua Portuguesa

Oh how I love to speak my second tongue!
It allows me such dramatics
I can flap my hands
Flash my eyes
Hunch shoulders
Stamp my feet.
I can even rrrroll my rrrrs!

Yet when I speak of love
My tongue becomes twisted numb
As words quite incomprehensible
Totter out of my mouth.

Ah join me...
Fling both arms out to the sides
And repeat after me at the top of your lungs
Minha Nossa! Porrrra!

My tongue seems to like to curse...
I do try very hard
To invert it.

Curses in a second language remove you directly from the frustrating issue. Of course it is easy to learn a spy's true nationality when they hit there thumb with a hammer :-)

This I love. I wish I could speak a 2nd language. I tried saying the words you have written while flapping my arms. I created a wind but not sure if it came from my arms or from the words spoken. : D
