An exercise in facetious lameness...

The Daisy Picker

Sometimes I have feelings;
Sometimes I have thoughts.
Sometimes I have
Thoughts about feelings;
Sometimes I even have
Feelings about thoughts.
When these things happen,
Sometimes I write a poem;
But then again,
Other times
I don't.

You should write everything down!! You're talented, and I'd like to read more.

Your friend,
John.

I suppose it is easy to get caught up with just ourselves - or to just indulge ourselves - I hate the title 'emo' that seems to have crept into everything of late these day - why can't they can't the call it, 'self indulgent waffle' lol - enjoyed this Rob - shall I or shan't I write a poem today ;-)

This is deeply superficial or perhaps or profoundly shallow or perhaps just the right amount of both.
Whatever...it was the right poem to give me a smile this morning.
