BEEN SO LONG

Been so long since last I saw you ,

I think of you all the time ,

Can but hope you are on the top of things ,

We met by chance , you left no forwarding address ,

Offen I goo back to wear our roads coincidently met ,

Hoping you would be there ,

We chatted at first , then we talked ,

So much did we talk about ,

As though we were life long freinds of many years standing ,

I so hope you are well , I think of you every day ,

There are those chance meetings that just stay with us, don't they? I have a few of those too that just stick in mind and I find myself carrying the memory with me even if it was years ago. I really enjoyed this. It's well-expressed and I can definitely identify to the feeling :)
