;-)
We labour to distort nature and in doing so we distort ourselves.
We animate our dreams in search of freedom
and although the air is free to breathe our lungs are left gasping.
Too little of the oxygen of life flows through our veins.
Hearts and minds that should be enriched
are hardened by the banality of daily routine.
The never ending flow of youthful thoughts
lost in the undertow of other's demands.
What was fervent now stagnant.
What was radiant now dull.
What was the promise of the future.
Now just a casualty of the past.
Which is more important?
The dream or the path that we take to get there?
Which will ultimately breathe life into our soul?

oh happy days...
We break the rocks and replace them with concrete.
