Our Future


Many believe we've been endowed
With a future like our here and now
They'd be wise to be more realistic
Since our future's so fragile-istic

Scientists have warned
Mother Earth has warmed
But our head in sand mentality
Might be the precursor of future calamity

Let's pull our heads out of the sand
With forward thrusts scientifically planned
Our childrens' future will be in peril
If our thinking stays backward and sterile

Won't happen until ignorance is made an accountable sin for those driving around 6000 lb pick up trucks to get groceries.
