The Old Mans Proverbial Black Book

In his proverbial black book
Filled once with promise of feminine delight
When the old guy gave it a yearning look
There were no female addresses in sight

He found it so very outrageous
That all the sheets were blank
As he poured through the empty pages
His usual high spirits just sank

His black book once the envy of peers
Full of potential caresses
But now in his golden-age years
Goodbye to his youthful excesses
