big brothers...a pain when small...

The Hour

I have adopted the extra hour
That is due on Sunday early...
I'm over here in the corner right now
Playing jacks.

I shall pick up that fourth fecker!!

If I have time later
I might say something to someone
But for now... and just then
To be exact... I'm busy being
Extra ordinary with the extra time.

I wonder if I might give half back
Right now...
Reserves are so very timely sometimes.
Hours can be long...
Ah but here come the brothers!

I can carry out the plan
And say that I was elsewhere.

Reading this was very timely, as I have just been round changing all the clocks, in case I forget later or don't have time. Time for a round of applause for this one.

You are exploring "a wrinkle in time" and an hour, or half an hour, spent chasing the fourth fecker is time very well spent.

This one is wide and deep, hugely evocative for me . . . memories, you know . . .
