Palindromes
Left to right and back againHow do we prepare in din
To scratch away the surface in
Our false facade that has not been
Take it with you
Leave it behind
A palindrome with
Much in kind
With the eyes of the world
We stare
Let yourself go with all you trust
Go back and forth as if you must
It all the same; the Earth; its crust
Is that your life that's going bust?
Palindromes
From right to left
And let it be
Its all bereft
And we are all alone...
