THE COMEING AWAITED DARKNES

It's dusk , soon , it darkens ,
Soon the sky will be black ,
No moon , no stars ,
No Sonata ,
Silence ,
No more dreams , nor nightmares ,

Just peace , oh perfect peace ,
Of hart and mind

Soup in the Sand
Vivid language here. A friend of mine describes this moment as a "brain massage", she uses very colourful language sometimes, as dusk descends, the omnipotence of the sea, the sky darkening. Beautiful quiet sentiment that travels deep into the heart of the reader....a metaphore it seems...a strange sad, melancholy tone, yet accepting and willing, a tinge of hope as peace is all enveloping, in that time of "the awaited darkness" A beautiful write!
