Half remembered words from a half remembered old British folk song. Written shortly after the battle of Waterloo. Song relevant now has it was then. I have kind of brought it up to date.
To fight in your wars ,
One day you find us gone ,
You'll look to the fields ,
The factory's , ship yard's ,
Coal mine , that you shut ,
You will come a recruiting ,
From the unemployed ,
That you made workless ,
Ter follow the beet of the drum ,
But even that you have have ,
Reduced the regulars , replaced ,
Bye part timers ,
So don't need so much cannon fodder ,
One day sooner or later , we'll goner say ,
WELL FOOK YOU!
