Haves and Have-Nots
The Haves have got
What the Have-Nots have not
The Haves most usually do the winning
It's been that way from times beginning
Their resources provide them potency
Which they laud over Have-Nots copiously
Perhaps in the future, the tables will turn
With Have-Nots acquiring some things they yearn
It's not likely, of course, unless in a dream
The Haves will fight to keep all the cream
Change is unlikely for Haves and Have-Nots
Have-Nots will labor while Haves sail their yachts
