GIVEN HOPE

Given hope

They said they liked

What I did

I was encouraged

To do more of the same

Or were they being '' nice ''?

But now my hopes are on the wain

I see the waves reveling the rocks

Once more

Just how many more times

Will I see my hopes broken on those rocks
