Skeletons In Closets

Skeletons in closets
Represent collective composites
Of actions in life that most want hidden
'Cause proper society deems them forbidden

When the closets are wantonly pried and searched
The skeletons found will reputations besmirch
But the polite, haughty and smug, who claim to be pure
Have no skeletons in closets, of that they're cocksure

They made their own rules, vain and stiff-necked
Not giving a hoot for those lives they have wrecked
When their skeletons appear, they'll too be doomed
'Cause their honored "good names" will too be impugned

Not enough room in my closet for skeletons. I can barely fit another pair of jeans in there.

Dearest Stan,

As ever great use of words, lovely put together and brilliant sentiments, I really, really love your prose and the ideas you have. The title is brilliant (I cannot use it now). Keep on.

Love
Blilith

Aye many of THEM have skeletons in the closets. Keep adding them , but as sure as eggs are eggs. The closets has it limits. Be sure those skeletons will force the closet open and all will be reveled sooner or later. May be that sooner than THEY think.
