HE TOOK THE QUEENS SHELING*
He were on the dole'' Living on J S A ''
Job seekers allowance to you
He decided to join the army
They him sent off to Afghanistan
He were there barley a week
Stood upon the sandy , dirty ground
Unknown to the lad an I E D lay below
Now he's back home
Left two arms a leg
And his bollocks behind in Afghanistan
All because he were out work!
And the army were recruiting
*A British tradition , when a mane joinde the army he was given a days army wage. A tradition today.
