Been There, Done That


"Been there, done that" we too often hear
Proclaimed with an attitude so smugly cavalier

Some have this need to appear oh-so worldly
That eggs them on to act so absurdly

But why contradict them if it makes them feel good
We would've "been there, done that" if we too have could
