I HEARD THESE SOUNDS

First sound were metal being pushed open

Next were a thud , of something heavy landing

On the mat

As I opened the the door , I could hear the sound

Of ticking

I looked down to see an envelope , the ticking was

Coming from it

Yes the post had been delivered

'' Sod it! '' '' one more bill , a final , final demand!
