Diphthong-y English
Diphthongs, if I'm not mistaken
Are easily understood words
Admittedly over-vowel laden
Comprehended by more than just nerds
The "A" and the "I" in "sail"
Offers a double vowel sound
Another example is "fail"
Where the "A" and the "I" are both found
I'm not at all very sure
Why comprehending diphthongs excites
Perhaps the diphthong allures
Feed my poetical writes
Poem, Roam, Foam
Tiered, Reared, Beard
