''HE'S SO BORING''

One Sunday afternoon I phoned some one who claimed

To be a close friend of mine

I phoned to talk to him

On being informed it were me

I herded him clearly say

'' OH NO , HE'S SO BORING ''

'' I know he is '' , '' sooner you find out what he wont's ''

'' The sooner we'll be rid of him ''

Something died right then

It were a friendship that died

True friends will never dare to say so...such people will be lonely in life coz they are building walls instead of bridges...

Wasn't much of a friend to begin with. Sorry.
Nice poem, though. :-)

Very poignant Ken. Like all your work it cuts to the kernal of the issue with the slash of a rapier. Well written and a pleasure to read. Even in the defence you attack superbly!

Of course he is not a friend Ken, I work with a bunch of tossers who can only pontificate about their cars and their money - wipe the black board, move on - there are nicer, kinder more genuine people out there, but I am so sorry you have been hurt, I know that feeling and it really sucks - my best wishes to you Ken, but it is their failings, not yours
