I JUST LOVE TO GIVE BOOKS

I love to give to others

Not money soon is spent

I get a kick out of giving books

As books last fore ever handed on

A books in them self's give so much

Books I send are not always newly published

Some have been previously loved

Dogeared , marked by thumb and fingers prints

Given in love with love of the printed word

I will keep on giving and posting books

My way of yes shearing my love affair with many anthers

My older son and my brother are voracious readers and our gifts to each other are always books. And I always ask for used books . . . it is always interesting to see where a favorite page has been dog-eared, a passage highlighted, a comment written in the margin . . . to see what captured someone's interest and whether and why it does mine.
