I WERE GONER GO OUT

I had decided to go fore a walk

I opened the door , trusting my

Protuberance , me nose , rather long

Handy to check the weather , is wet or dry

That detected it were raining yet again!

So I withdrew me nose back in to the comfort with in

Put the kettle on , made a cuppa

Settled down , to plan fore the morrow that may be a better day

Maybe it'll be rain free day!

Hi Ken. Sounds like you had a cozy day at home. We had some snow here, and my cat did the same thing—poked his nose out the door and turned around. It did not, however, make a cup of tea.
