M. Ruffles
Once there was a jolly cat by the name of Mr RufflesThis cat did not work, indeed no job had he
But an inordinate fondness of chocolate truffles
By all accounts there was no effort to conceal little or none of which to speak
Just Monseiur Furry in a hurry to consume this delectable apertif
Licking of paws pausing of whiskers as they quiver in ecstatic throes
For such a mushrooming treat cooked in chocolate syrup one lives for those
Moments of release when feathers smooth as glass unruffles
Just desserts a jolly cat by the name of Mr Ruffles
