A Tribute To Sir Donald Hunt

Who would have the audacity

Claiming Dons capacity

To sketch lines captivatingly squiggly

Keeping fans appreciatively giggly

What he’s filled with inwardly

Feeds his ‘tooning wizardry

As he creatively puts on paper

His humorous brainy capers

All his fans will be delighted

When Donald Hunt is royally knighted

For his great artistic fame

Don rates a “Sir” before his name

The great Mr Don , were invited by good queen Liz to the place , to be invested as a Knight , so have sward lade upon his shoulder , but Mr Don had seen her on the telly , he noticed she did like a tipple , some times a few , Mr Don , could help but notice , that Queen Liz , suffered the shakes , so Mr Don said , '' I'd rather not old girl , I'm rather attached to me ears , and I kind like me head where it be , attached to me shoulders ,got kind of used to the view from 'ear , I''ll wait to I'm invited to be hung at the Turner , if thats all right with you , old girl.

Hurrah for Don! Though he looks skeptical. Are you knighting him, or is it "off with head?
