well that all depends on what we're talking about. are we talking love? chicken pox? tonsilitis? bedbugs?

i agree with you if it's love, and in truth it is likely better to have had chicken pox in the past than know that it may lie in one's future.

but if it's tonsilitis or bedbugs (or anything else of the sort), i'd tend to disagree.
