Tourniquet Headband
Wore a tourniquet for a headband for years(think it was the 60's, that long ago)
It seemed to expand, like my m i n d brother
Co-sympathetic vibes grew like trees swaying to light breezes
Touching palms moving from hand to hand,
Like wistful changeling tribes
Playing gypsy vagabond musical tunes
Outrageously, invisibly
Right under the noses of our forbears left far behind by
All the information time had yet to teach such spirits nascent and f r e e
Never knew then what was there to understand?
Lost in the mirror, Alice in Wonderland
Tell me if you see my tourniquet headband
Please?
