Sound Of Words
Somewhere deep between the linesBeneath the waves, under the sky
Words are sound asleep, memories of days bye-gone
Waiting in your dreams for a chance to speak,
Pages yet unwritten to fill with words, characters of ink
Hover in the middle dark like bright winged birds
Feathers rustling syllables through clouds of leaves astir
Sweep the vowels from forest floors where consonants occur,
Thought is ever a bough before breaths of green
Which return to life againĀ
Light footsteps whispering rain
Your song has grown on such vines
Every verse in kind reply
Somewhere deep, between the lines
